SPOT location

NOTE: Google has changed their policy and would now like to bill me for using their map in this way.  As it is, if I do nothing the map will still be shown, but with a dark shade as well as a note saying that something is wrong.  I figure that's good enough.

Only the last fifty reported locations within the last seven days are shown.  If there's a message that says "Feed Currenty Not Active", that means I've disabled reporting.  If the message says "No Messages to display" then I've not yet started riding.
